TO HIT THE TARGET YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT ALLY:

THE NONTHERAPY LIFE COACH

La mano filosofica e i suoi simboli segreti - Oswald Croll 1697

The philosophical hand and its secret symbols - Oswald Croll 1697

If you are sitting in front of the computer and reading this page you probably know that coaching has already proved to be successful in producing a result five or six times greater than the investment it requires. If you really want to attain significant changes, if you are willing to leave your “comfort zone” and if you have goals to reach in your private life or in your business, we can guarantee you will achieve all the targets arranged, no matter how difficult or far they may seem at the beginning of our journey. Our coaching is highly personalised. At the beginning of the One-to One course, between the coach and the customer an “individual written confidentiality ageement” is made, a proper contract containing medium term goals the customer wants to achieve and for which the coach obliges himself. This contract is periodically renewed until the accomplishment of the final target.

What is the difference between counselling and coaching?

Counselling is a wonderful “personal developement” process, a journey of personal growth that favours an increase of consciousness of the existing ties between one’s inner state and the quality of the events that occurr to him, between his past and his future. Through counselling we discover the we are the masters of events and not the victims of their consequences, and that we control our lives and we impart to them the direction we wish them to take.
Counselling developes individual’s skills, exalts all his abilities, untangles unconscious sufferings’ knots, increases the sense of pleasure within the organism and thus the individual’s global energy.
In particular, through counselling paths that utilise the philosophical dialogue we learn to stay within the question broadening our visions’ horizons and acquiring such an elasticity of thinking which enable us to overturn our points of view.
Coaching is also a “personal developement” path which goes, however, through action rather than through interior discovery, consciousness developement or question horizons’ broadening. Coaching is essentially a boost to act, a practical help to unfold knots, fears and resistances which interpose between a man and his concrete goals.
Coaching is aimed at who has concrete targets to achieve and wants to be sure to reach the goal.
A few coaching sessions can be seen both as a valid completion of an effective counselling path, and as an initiation to the “personal developement” world for those who have a really concrete mentality and always need proof for any situation. In fact they can give an important turn in their life.

How to choose one’s coach

A real coach is someone who has generated many actions in his own life, someone who deeply knows the meaning of the word “action” because it has lived it thoroughly, someone who has shown, with concrete actions, to possess courage, to be an innovator, non willing to simply repeat what others have done previously, but able to create something new and to turn it a winning path. The coach is a model that inspires confidence, that can suggest a path. He undoubtedly possesses coaching techniques that he can teach and that he has already personally experimented in his own life successfully. With the help of a valid coach impossible is the starting point to give birth to any outcome.

How, how much and how long

The course is person centered and consists of group and individual sessions via telephone (skype or chat). Modalities and attendance are to be arranged according to individual needs.
